Charming, comfortable hotel with super friendly staff in a nice location in Galveston. The general atmosphere and non-buffet breakfast are very refreshing on a trip with mostly dull chain hotels. Would definitely recommend!

Situated within 8.9 km of Waco Convention Center and 10 km of McLane Stadium in Waco, Bed and Breakfast on White Rock Creek features accommodation with seating area and a kitchenette. We were secluded with the trees and the property cat!! Things to do were within 10 to 15 min away. I loved that breakfast was served at 9, plus it was awesomely good food!Dana's eggs are the best!! The savanna house we stayed in was perfect for our getaway weekend. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend them.

Regency Inn is set in Gatesville, Texas, less than 60 km from the cities of Waco, Temple, and Killeen. Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff was super helpful and kind. The rooms were beautiful and completely clean and far exceeded any expectations I had had, and it was a delight staying here. Outdoors a beautiful little garden was almost finished, and it was a delight resting in the area there. Despite a little finish still lacking here in early spring, it was already gorgeous. We stayed at Regency Inn for the Eclipse viewing, and had an absolutely wonderful time. If you're looking to stay in the area I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an amazing two-night stay at City on a Hill near Fredericksburg. The serene surroundings allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in nature, and the cabin provided a cozy retreat. The highlight was undoubtedly the jacuzzi – a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The presence of friendly animals added a charming touch, making our experience truly delightful. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Boasting a garden, shared lounge and views of quiet street, The Carriage House is set in Jefferson, 22 km from Caddo Lake State Park. Exceptional stay! We stopped here on our drive north, and it has been a highlight of our trip. The property is in an excellent location in today and has all the amenities needed plus more. S’mores by the fire with a glass of wine was a delight. Hospitality was top notch! Breakfast was wonderful, best scrambled eggs! Would have loved to have stayed longer.
